As the Founder and Managing Principal of Prassas Consulting LLC, he has spent over 15 years working with clients to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and exceed expectations. With a strong background in financial administration, business operations, client management, and team building, Prassas is committed to empowering teams to reach their full potential.

Prassas firmly believes in the power of collaboration and innovation to drive success. As a lifelong learner, Prassas constantly seeks new knowledge and insights to enhance his abilities and better serve his clients. He recently earned his Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and has a Master of Business Administration in Accounting, a Master of Administrative Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Computer Information Systems. He is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), demonstrating his commitment to excellence and ongoing professional development.

Prassas is an active member of his community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Credit Union of New Jersey and the Alumni Association Board for The Pennington School. He is known for his genuine passion, collaborative approach, and deep commitment to helping organizations achieve their goals.
